Mary Madden

Mary Madden is a senior executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience with fast growth, innovation implementation, improved financial performance, operations, strategic planning and integration of businesses of all sizes. She has worked with numerous early stage, growth and mature companies serving in roles ranging from CEO and COO to consultant. She has extensive experience in growing companies from the seed capital stage to growth and exit strategy, many of which involved hands on turnaround work.
She co-founded the Atlanta Chapter of Women Corporate Directors. The Chapter has grown over the years with women who serve on public and private boards.
She has served on boards of private, public companies, and non profits. She has served on the audit, governance and nominating committees.
Ms. Madden co-founded Information America and took it from start-up through an IPO to a sale to West Publishing. She has worked with ValuBond, Inc. (sold), eAttorney (sold to Lexis), fabric.com (sold to Amazon), Miavendia.com, and LAWDOCS.
